Our support circles

Our support groups include: Weekly meetings held nationwide, led by clinical social workers. Each group will have up to 15 participants. The circles create an inclusive environment, lasting connections, and a significant sense of belonging in the rehabilitation journey.

Outdoor activities

A variety of experiential workshops that help build and strengthen personal resilience. Activities include: therapeutic surfing that helps deal with fears and build self-confidence, a therapeutic horse farm that offers a deep emotional connection, jeep tours that provide an experience of partnership and adventure, and more.

Zoom meetings for mental health professionals

Tzav-7’s Zoom meetings are designed for those who are unable to attend face-to-face meetings. The meetings allow participants to join from wherever is most convenient for them – even from their bed – and offer emotional and social support at a pace and in a way that suits them. Without the need to reveal their identity or face, Zoom meetings provide a safe space for sharing and listening, along with a sense of belonging to a supportive community.

Lectures for security forces personnel

Tzav-7 holds dedicated lectures for security forces personnel, which aim to provide inspiration, resilience and tools for coping. The lectures are built from a deep understanding of the challenges that the participants face, and include moving personal stories, practical insights and professional guidance. The lectures strengthen the participants and give them strength and meaning to move forward.

Lectures for the general public

The Tzav-7 Association works to raise public awareness of the issue of post-trauma and rehabilitation through moving and unique lectures. One of them is the lecture by Avraham Yedid, the association’s founder, a Border Guard soldier and disabled IDF soldier, who tells his personal story – a moving journey of pain, coping, and turning trauma into a social mission. Alongside this, there are lectures by professionals and rehabilitated survivors, who combine knowledge from personal experience and practical insights. These lectures not only inspire, but also create a deep emotional connection with the audience, and emphasize our social responsibility as a society to support and strengthen those who have given everything for us.
